I am not happy with Floor Decor. We spent nearly $4,000 to install flooring, and to be honest, they did a great job on the installation. HOWEVER, they also burnt the carpet on our stairs. Whatever machine they used to lay the flooring, the wire ran up the stairs, and somehow it burned our carpet. The whole house just stank from that. They offered us a $200 credit toward new carpet for the stairs, and then wanted to charge us $600 for replacing the carpet that they ruined! Ridiculous! On top of that, my husband snagged his sock on a splinter in the wood flooring. We told them, and they said it was our fault. What? We are not supposed to wear socks on the floor? We are still in discussions with them about these problems.
