My retractable screen is 8 years old, the outside handle finally failed from the heat and Las Vegas Sun. Thought I would just pick up another and install it myself. The folks at the Henderson Nevada store said no as it was still under warranty. A few days later a tech shows up, changes the handle and adjusted the door. It is just like new again. Simply amazing,. In this age you never see a quality product and service like this. Thanks to all!
