Polar Shades is absolutely excellent. Admittedly the estimate and quote they gave me was a little higher than other companies, but Chris explained the product very well. Rather than using various cables and pulleys, you basically use a good motor with a good drive and chain that will not loosen or jump off the tracks. The brackets are stronger than anything I've seen int he industry, and the powder coat finish is excellent. The polar guard fabric is great, too. The installers were quick, efficient, and left the place cleaner than it was when they arrived. All in all I was completely satisfied -- so much so that I came back and bought another product. Matt and Chris did an excellent job, and they're great representatives for the company.
