Good customer service!
We had the shades before and we liked Polar Shades and their service, so we got them back again. I did have some questions for the owners, but they didn't get back to me, but that wasn't a big deal. When we did have some problems with the power, they came out and corrected it immediately and did a re-installation. Everything is great, and they have good customer service!
