This was my first time using Polar Shades. The salesperson that came out to give us a quote was on time, prompt, well dressed, and informative. The person that came out during the measurement was nice and polite. During the installation process, they were polite, respectful, and showed up in the window of time. Polar Shades did outdoor shades around patio for us. I would tell any potential customers to use them! They have great customer service, quality of product, ... literally everything. Nothing could have made it better. It was that good. I recommend them highly.
