Stay Clear of this place! It took the 25 days to realize that I did not have a transmission issue (after they charged me $2500 to replace my transmission) I had a wiring harness issue (cost around $400). alan is a big talker with many promises but no follow through. The only time he called me was to tell me it was going to be another day until my car was ready. I had to call him even though he said he would give me updates and advise me of any additional issues. Bottom line - I am disputing the charges and will let American Express handle it from here - Stay Away.
