I was told that there was no charge to check out my transmission when I dropped it off. I received a call later telling me that the gears were not working. That was the reason I brought it in! Then I was told it would cost $350 to check it out and find out what was wrong with it. They called back to say it would cost about $2500 to repair. I gave approval and was told it would take a few days.
I received a call 2 days later on Friday afternoon of a Holiday weekend and told it was ready. I told them I would be in on Tuesday as Monday was a holiday and I was out of town. I was told that I must pay at that time over the phone so they could pay their employees. I was also told I had to pick the car up within 48hrs which I was not told when I brought it in and I could not do. I went in on Tuesday payed and got my car. It runs fine so far. I now question how long it will run.
