Ray's initially installed both the furnace and a/c unit a number of years ago, so we called when there was an issue with the furnace. The first repair attempt replaced a part with an incorrectly heat rated part. The next day another service tech came out and put the correct part in, however the furnace still did not operate correctly. I was told that the furnace was old and should be replaced. I ended up watching a you tube video to identify and correct the problem. Not recommended for service!
