Water heater making a nasty noise, had contractor come out and stated almost $1,000 to put a new one. Thought.. I want a 2nd opinion. Called contractor who did my air conditioning, he came out and looked and said, I know what it is.. fixed in 2 minutes, working fine.. NO CHARGE! Be careful!
