Have to wait for answers and when we do receive American Mortgage accepted an appraisal that was totally wrong. They have refused to call me, they have refused to tell their appraisal of the multiple mistakes. I have sent them proof beyond a reasonable doubt of their appraisals mistakes. American Mortgage has not taken care of in good faith. Even though Josh Gonzales said he would take care of us he hasn't done squat.
They quoted one price for the appraisal and when we saw the CC statement someone from American Mortgage added more money to the CC than was quoted. That is fraudulent.
