On behalf of my wife’s parents, I would like to thank AMG for their help in securing a Reverse Mortgage. Specifically, Tim Baudis and Elise Boyer. From the first phone call to arrange a meeting to discuss reverse mortgages thru completion their commitment to our needs was outstanding. Because we were dealing with a language barrier Tim and Elise went out of their way to make sure everyone was well informed and understood the reverse mortgage product, addressing all questions and concerns, even providing a translator. The whole process involved about two months, which is what we were told from the outset. Special thanks and appreciation to Elise for all her work handling the numerous problems that arose (none of AMG’s doing) in a professional manner and making every aspect proceed smoothly. Her ability to rectify problems and keep everything on track is no less than amazing. I would rate AMG a 10+ and highly recommend them.
