This was the first time I've worked with American Mortgage Group and I'm glad that I used them. They treated me well, they answered all my questions, they had good manners and were respectful. It was awesome talking to them. If they didn't have the answer to a question, they found out got back to me asap. Other companies would never get back to me or they never answered my question. The other companies didn't have any class, they didn't pick up the phone even though I tried to reach them 5 times. I talked to 2 or 3 companies before American Mortgage Group but none of them convinced me, I didn't trust them. They promised things that never happened.

AMG was honest and straightforward. I did a reverse mortgage on my property, and they took care of a lot of paperwork. The supervisors were nice and they explained all the issues, how the program works and all the small details. All I had to do was follow their instructions and everything worked out nice and smoothly the way it's supposed to.

In the end, it was so nice meeting these people. I'm going to recommend them to all my friends!
