I’m writing this note to let your company know what a stellar job Josh Gonzales did in handling my reverse mortgage. It’s because of Josh that I hung in there over the time span it took to complete everything. He was extremely responsive and never failed me on same day or next morning answers and feedback on questions I had along the way. Like many people going into a reverse mortgage there’s a lot of hesitancy and I was no different but I will say that Josh made it a pleasure because of his ability to explain the details and represent your company in a very comfortable, personal, professional manner. In my career I had a number of people work for me and support me on my team and from experience I can say that if you find someone like Josh Gonzales you’d be wise to hang onto him, a true asset to your business.

I could go on but I’m afraid you might think Josh himself is writing this, (Josh you promised me 20 bucks if I did a good job… What do you think) seriously a real pleasure and I will highly recommend the company and I will highly recommend Josh Gonzales .
