Quick Service, but no follow up

I will preface this with stating that the work that they did do, they did well. Now...
Mike came out from Discount and we discussed the cost and options he had for a new door, which was competitive with other estimates that I had received. Like the other companies, he stated that a new door also included new track and springs.
After getting all estimates I decided on go with Discount and contacted Mike to set up a scheduled time, and he was able to get to me quickly, within a couple of days, and I had a choice of morning or afternoon. I selected morning, which is good enough as I would only then lose half a day of work. The day arrived and I got a call from Chris, the installer, about mid morning stating he would be there in about an hour. That would be fine, as I would still be able to make it to work in the afternoon after he was done. But.... he didn't show up until 3 hours later than when he said he would. So basically 4 hours later from his initial call. He was nice to talk to, but never made an apology for being so late. He got to work and in within a couple of hours he was done, but by this time it was late in the afternoon and I missed a full day's work. The door looked good and worked well, and he left. It was only afterwards when I was looking at the work more closely, I noticed the track still looked like the old ones. I do have a security camera in my garage, and sure enough, scrolling through the footage, I see Chris carry the new track into the garage and lay it on the floor, but he never installed it, and at the end of the job he just put it back into the truck.
The next day I called Mike confirming that new track was part of the install, and is also stated on their website. I told him this work wasn't done, and to his credit he said he would send Chris back out to install it, but at this point I can't afford to lose another day of work for this, plus I didn't want an upset installer coming out, ripping down a new door and slapping it all back together, as I fear it wouldn't work right again. So instead I asked for a partial refund, to which Mike said he would have to talk to his manager and get back to me.
He never did.
In short:
For the work that was done, was it done well? Yes
Did they do everything they stated they would do? No
Did they show up when they said they would? No
Did they get back to me about my concern? No

Hence my 2 star rating - they didn't do all that they said they would do, and they never got back to me.
