It starts with a major door problem on a Saturday with a Holiday event at 6 PM. The door could fail on the next attempt to open and our cars are inside.
12:30 Stephanie answered the phone and was fantastic in letting me know they are open and can get Shawn's team over there in the 3 - 5 pm range. Would do an estimate/inspection ($125.00 USD) before starting and has 95% of the parts needed on his truck.

3:45 PM Shawn reviews the door with my wife and I . Straight forward, not BS, clear details on what has failed, about to fail and detailed reasons why our door is always having issues. In short, my super heavy all wooden door hardware and opener was all installed for a standard weight door. It took two healthy people to lift it in manual. Should only be a one hand manual procedure.
Shawn gives us the estimate, never fun; and tells us there is a 5 year warranty on his parts and labor. It's also 4:15 PM and he says his team will be done before 6PM. We shake hands and say GO!!
Shawn and team are Miracle workers!!!!!....Converted my two spring door hardware to a four spring with upgraded pulleys. Can lift with two fingers, super quiet, better on my opener and all completed by 5:45 PM.
