Ask for all expenses up front so you are not blind sided like I was. Because at that point you really have no choice but to pay it all or have to pay a $150.00 service fee just for him to come out.
Very disappointing. After speaking with a lady representative on the phone about pricing an Installer came out to install a new garage door opener. ($550.00 quote). She said I would have to pay for any additional parts if needed like springs or something else. Which makes sense. Never mentioned on top of the extra part cost they also charge you a service fee in addition to the extra parts. (service fee $150.00) The Installer said I needed new rollers $270.00 for new rollers and also a service fee of $150.00. So what should have cost $550.00 was now $950.00. Surprise!!!!
The installation of a new garage door opener and 6 rollers took all of 30 minutes and almost $950.00 later. Look around and get quotes first.
