Bought a new double garage door from this company less than a year ago. Garage door came off track and one end of the bottom gasket got torn up. Called and they came out to look. Folks nothing can happen to their product that is not your fault. In their judgement I should have sprayed the door and did not or used the wrong product if I had. The gasket was chewed by mice trying to get out of the garage but there are no mice in the garage and have not been. Beware, you will spend a lot of money for a door with no warranty!!!
