in mid march i received an estimate and ordered outside garage door edging to replace existing aged and cracked edging. no phone call from discount garage door to tell me material was in, so had to follow up myself on 5/4/23, to learn it was now in stock. repairman arrived 5/9/23 with wrong material. he had no knowledge of prior order, color or material type. repairman returned next day to install correct material. he split the faux wood and just said "my bad" and made no effort to fix it.
