Had a problem with anchorage of the torsion shaft center bracket that occurred after one of the cables broke. In the process of trying to replace it, I discovered that the center bracket had partially punched through wall because two of the three anchor bolts weren't screwed into wood framing. The technician arrived in about 45 minutes from my call and had it fixed in about a half hour. Great service for calling on a Saturday afternoon.
