Scott arrived within 15min after we were notified that he was headed our way. Very courteous and VERY knowledgeable. We only had 1 spring on the double wide door that was original. He suggested 2 and explained the reason and the advantages. He replaced the bearings, aligned and balanced the door, and adjusted the open / closing force and limits.

Our door has never worked better. We will definitely recommend you to all our friends.
