I called Discount Garage Door 5 days ago and asked for an appointment for yesterday when my wife and I returned from a trip. The person who answered the phone was very efficient in scheduling me for the exact time we needed. 30 minutes before yesterday's appt, Todd (the person doing the repair) called me to say that he was on his way. He arrived exactly on time, courteously introduced himself, and asked how he could help. I showed him the broken part of our garage door, he assessed what needed to be done, and he gave me a quote for the cost. I was pleased with the amount and was pleasantly surprised that he could start immediately because he had all of the needed supplies in and on his truck. I watched Todd work because I was interested in what he would do. He was fantastic! He did all of the challenging repairs in 2 hours, answered all of my questions, and explained what and why he was doing during that time. After Todd finished the repair, he assessed why our second garage door wouldn't open from our cars. He fixed the problem and reprogrammed both of our cars so that my wife and I could now open the 2 garage doors remotely. Everything works great now, and we are 100% delighted with Todd's friendly, thorough, and expert service! :-)
