My craftsman garage door went down. I called Discount Garage Door and they installed a Genie garage door opener. I bought my opener on from them and Discount Door installed it. They said and it says on their site 5 year warranty Parts and Labor. My garage door opener was going down about a foot at a time and up the same way. I called Discount Door and they came out. By then the door was working correctly. He did nothing, and then he said he was going to charge me a service call. Discount Door installed their Genie garage door opener on 1-11-20. They came out on 3-3-23. It was the garage door opener, The tracking limits were off. Everything else is fine. People tell you there is a warranty when they install something and their website says 5 year parts and labor. I guess it sounds good until they come out and want to charge you.
