Leaving the house Saturday morning discovered the garage door opener dead! Contacted Discount Garage Door and they scheduled an appointment later that afternoon ( Saturday afternoon!! ).
John, DGD technician contacted me two hours earlier than expected - came right over, diagnosed problems with opener, cables and door balance spring. John installed new opener, replaced frayed cables and adjusted spring. Door runs like a top! John explained all work done and why it was done. Very professional, friendly and efficient service.
