I first called the company when a spring broke and my car was stuck in the garage. Within a few hours a repairman was out to fix it. Great job, but then I had no excuse to miss work another day!
Had a new garage door opener installed today. Installer was very good and as he was showing me how to work everything the opener quit. He quickly assessed the problem and installed another one as the first was defective. I was so glad he stayed to make sure everything was working right. I appreciate the prompt service scheduling as well.
