In August the garage door was not opening well so I called Bill, the sales manager, and asked him what might be causing this.

He had Cody, their senior technician, come out and look at my door and he saw a couple of issues from the original installation that might be affecting the door operation. He had this corrections and now the garage door and opener are working great!
