I was headed outside to do a lot of yard work on my Saturday off, but, my garage door would not open. I look in the phone book ( The User Friendly One) Started calling companies,no one is open on Sat. Except one (Discount Garage Door) A Very nice lady took all my information, telling me it may be late in the day,but they would take care of me. Sure enough, probably around 7:30 PM I get a call that Jimmy is on his way. Jimmy said about 20 min. It would take to fix it. Twenty min. Later it was done .Jimmy and James were polite knowledgeable, professional and got the job done. They work hard long hours, and I really, truly appreciate what they did for me on a Saturday evening.
