James went above and beyond what I expected. He got at my home and decided after seeing our problem, that he would replace our unit. He had to go to OKC from Norman after 4 p.m. in traffic. He came back, replaced the unit at no cost to me. Never have I had such great customer service. He is extremely knowledgeable and just a great guy. I will always use his company and I give them 10 stars. Please use this company!!
