My wife backed into the garage door on a weekend. I called and had to leave a message, this was disappointing but it was a Sunday. I didn't expect a call back until the following day so you can imagine my surprise when I was called back 10 minutes later and told they could have a technician at my house "a few hours". The technician called about 30 minutes later and said he would be there in an hour... and showed up exactly when he said. He was friendly, professional, and most importantly honest. He made no attempt to upsell me, and clearly explained all of my options and the time of repairs for each. There was no "after hours" or "emergency" charge and the repair was completed in about 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who has an issue with their garage door.
