I had an appointment for 4:00 P.M. Chad called about 2:40 P.M. and asked if I would be available for him to come over for the service call early. He said he could be at my house in about 15 minutes. He was very punctual. He got right to work - found the problem and fixed it. Chad was at the house less than 45 minutes.
