My opener was on the fritz, so I requested a tech come look at it, and bring a replacement just in case. Called on Monday and was put on the schedule for Wednesday. The tech, Mikey, showed up right on time and walked me through my options. I ended up having him replace my 14 year old unit with the $325 Genie Special, and he even lubricated my existing door hardware and talked to be about routine maintenance. Could not have been easier and he was in and out quickly. Called the office and paid and they immediately sent me a paid invoice and receipt.
