Of course buying a manufacturer refirb product is unnerving and I had also not heard of this company either. I took a chance and completed the purchase keeping my fingers crossed. I was very pleased to find the stereo and it's contents were delivered as described. I installed the stereo the next day and am very pleased as it performs as promised.
