Bought a Kenwood car deck via eBay with Sound of Tri-State as the supplier. Deck arrived a day early but unfortunately the Apple Car Play on the unit was in-operable (Kenwood problem). Spent hours on phone with Kenwood getting the run around - then picked up phone and called Sound of Tri-State. Spoke with John P there and within two minutes, he agreed to exchange it and emailed me a shipping label.

Got my new deck today (they sent it Fedex 2 day) and it works like a champ
