I contacted Tri-State about purchasing a particular head unit and installation accessories for my truck via email. The responded immediately and suggested that they would offer a very good price on what I was looking for. When I went to their store to purchase, the price of the head unit was better than what I could get online from an authorized distributor, but not the best price online. Nor would they match the online price of installation items (even their own online price through Amazon Marketplace). So, I give them 3 stars for the head unit price. Would have been 4 or 5 if they would have matched other prices.
