Took much longer than expected.
I had a 2:00 appointment to have a remote starter installed. I arrived early and went shopping on foot. When I returned at 3:30, they hadn't even started! If I didn't have an appointment and just dropped in, I could understand the store being busy, but when I dropped it off, I was not told there would be any delay. They knew I would be waiting for my car to be finished.
