Unfortunately one bad apple can spoil a bunch. I had a radio installed and a whole day passed before anyone contacted me to let me know that I would have to replace the speakers as well. That was my first bad experience with them.... Once they installed everything I was a happy customer. I figure I'd go back when I bought a newer car to tint the windows and add an alarm. I left my car overnight for them to have it only to get a call mid day that the tint installer called out. It was a total waste of my time and money. It really bothered me because as many years that they've been in business, they can only afford to have one tint installer? Oh, when I picked up the trunk release wasn't fully functioning. They tried convincing me that it just wasnt working and i explaining that I just boughtb the car. They took it back in to determine that it was a blown fuse that happened on their watch and that was my last straw. I will patronize my area and that will mean a heftier mark up, but hopefully I'd have a better experience. I have family and friends down their, I will tell anyone that listens to go elsewhere.
