Lots of experienced people working at the Dover location. They have been a great help with picking out equipment to setup a total aftermarket stereo. Very knowledgeable and detailed installers. Biggest complaint is that have had to bring back my car multiple times to find a noise issue (low level hiss from factory system) and they schedule to many installs around is so that there is not enough time to track it down. No car should leave with a noise issue. My experience in car audio spans over 25 years so i do have a good frame of reference.
