1st, lets say that Sound of Tri-State was recommended by my mechanic, whom I trust very much. I spoke with Isaac on the phone & he was very informative & pleasant. When I dropped off my wife's vehicle to have a remote start installed, I was immediately impressed with the showroom & the helpful staff. They certainly did live up to their award winning service! My vehicle was ready when they said it would be & everything worked great!! I would absolutely return to Sound of Tri-State & highly recommend them to anyone looking for after market auto electronics.
