I got a radio receiver from them and the experience was great. They helped me pick out a radio that suited my needs instead pressuring me to buy the most expensive one. After installing my radio, the guy went over all the functions with me to make sure I felt comfortable using it. He said to stop back by if I have any questions or issues, and I believe they would help without any hassle. But so far I'm perfectly happy my radio.
