On July 5th, I called Sound of Tri-State on DuPont Hwy in Dover Delaware. Talked to Bobby Gummadi about having a Pioneer 8100 Nex installed in my Camaro. We talked awhile and discussed the things I purchased and the other things I needed to complete the installations of the components. He suggested we meet and we could talk over price for installation and when he would be available to do it. Appointment was made for 7/7/2015.

Arrived at scheduled time and he gave me approximate time for completion and said if I am waiting that they had a waiting area with TV … I decided to take a walk and returned at the estimated time. I explained to him prior to the walk to put anything that I may have not brought, and he said he would because they probably would have it in stock. When I returned. he met me at the door and explained that it was taking a little longer than expected … I said fine and proceeded to watch TV.

Overall, my experience with Sound of Tri-State was positive. Took a little longer for installation, but if I had tried it, I would still be trying to get it to work today. Bobby was really helpful in getting this done and very helpful with a small hands- on description of how the system worked. I told him and whoever is reading this that I will return for addition installation of amplifier and speakers. Definite thumps up … 302-736-1206.
