it took me about 45 minutes to walk in and get a sub with a custom box. also in that 45 minutes me and the sound of tri-state employee discussed what sub would be best for my amp and why a box upgrade was necessary. even after the sub was installed sound of tri-state took the time to test it for to make sure everything was working properly. It took me 45 minutes and 450$ to get a 12 inch T1 with a custom. That's what I like to call well spent time.
