I did a lot of my own research before I bought DVD headrests for my car and certainly didn't pick the most expensive so when I asked if there were other options they would recommend I was surprised to see they didn't try to up-sell me. They showed me the pricier options but stated for what my needs were the one I picked was great and even mentioned I could save money and get a smaller screen, etc.
