This is the 3rd vehicle I have taken to Sound of TriState for window tint. The windows on my car look great. The staff was very friendly and I would recommend the service to others. My one and only complaint is that if I get an appointment first thing in the morning when they open at 9 I expect my vehicle to be taken in right away. Instead my vehicle wasn't taken back to be worked on until 12:30pm. As I live about an hour away I had to stay in the area and wait for my vehicle to be completed. I do not understand why I had to drop my vehicle off so early when the work was never started until hours later. That it extremely inconvenient. If I do decide to have more work done or refer anyone I will be sure to mention this issue.
