my purchase experience
i went in to purchase a remote starer for my daughter's car (as a gift), however, i asked my salesperson for other suggestions and he recommended the bluetooth radio. This is the idea gift for my daughter so i made the purchased from the store. At this time, my saleaperson offer a few sm discounts, however a couple days later i discovered there was about a $50 difference in price...Although i really liked working with my salesperson, I really wanted to return it because I thought this was ridiculous! Usually I do my hmwork prior to making such purchases, but at this time it was a spontaneous purchase. So, I paid approx $50 more for customer service I guess...but $50 is $50...was disappointed in the prices, bit happy with service
