My wife had Tri-State install a remote start system on my car for Christmas a couple of years ago. It stopped working so I went by Tri-State to get it fixed. They scheduled an appt for me and I dropped it off the day of the appt. They called me a short time later and said the car was ready. When I went to pick the car up they said the key fob battery had died and they replaced the battery and reprogrammed it. They only charged me $3 for the battery. I was very happy with the service I received.
