Got a viper remote start installed , Mike was awesome , even fixed my radio for me for nothing and made my door key into ignition key without charge . helped me out and explained everything , everything works great and they were quick and didn't try to $@!#% you into buying stuff you don't need like best buy did and customer service was great . Def recommend and I'm actually going back, 5 stars
