I purchased a Kenwood DDX7701 head unit from Tri-State sound in Claymont.. I received excellent customer service and support while making my purchase.. They were even good enough to ship this item to me all the way to Canada.. Unfortunately,I have since learned that the device is not compatible with my current cell phone and I will not be able to use it as originally intended. I contact Tri-State customer service and was informed that I was past the 30 Day exchange period.. At the time this this review was written Tri State has NO indication of a 30 day return policy anywhere on their website.

The policy clearly states that the item, if returned past 14 days from date of purchase must be in original packaging and will be subject to a $35.00 restocking fee (Which I gladly agreed to pay). My head unit has NEVER left the box it was shipped in, and the fact that I am prepared to pay the return shipping on this item with a VERY weak Canadian dollar should be a pretty clear indication that I have exhausted ALL options to trying to make this work..

Regardless, be VERY careful when making a purchase of any kind from this establishment.. They are extremely co-operative until they have you money.. Then you're basically on your own..
