I called Sound of Tri-State to inquire about availability of home audio equipment (a specific product). Spoke with 'Sean" (Shawn?) who confirmed they had a unit in stock. I visited the store for the first time the next day; Sean's service was prompt and professional. I did not know this store existed until it was recommended to me by an audio repair shop.
