This was my fifth visit to Sound of Tri-State. I have had 3 remote starts installed in various vehicles and 2 car stereo systems installed. The most recent visit was for my wife's care. As a Christmas gift to her, I had purchased a stereo unit and had been catered to by the staff at SOTS. I dealt exclusively with Bobby (Dover site) and was put at ease from the beginning. From explaining the features of the stereo to applying for financing, he was the consulate professional. He worked with me to ensure that the install was accomplished within the specified timeframe and even had a contingency plan in case an unexpected issue came up. Service after sale was also explained and since I had to have a add-on installed in my vehicle, they stood by their word and provided top-notch service as if it were an initial point of sale. I would highly recommend SOTS for any electronic addition to your vehicle.
