My limited experience with Tri-State has been totally superior. The staff is professional, product knowledgeable and the workmanship is superior. My current installation (remote start) work perfectly and I use it several times a day. The staff will not let you leave until they are satisfied that you understand what work was performed and you know how to use it correctly.
