I went in on black Friday just to look around so I asked the person to look up prices for a few things and he told me the next available appointment was the following Tuesday so I decided to wait a little while and look around some more when I came back to the person him what I wanted and he went back to ask when I could come back for my appointment he said he could do it right now. I thought cool, they told me it would be a hour and a half, half an hour later they told me everything was ready. I highly recommend sound of tri-state
